I’ve been addicted to “The Fire” from The Roots ninth studio album “How I Got Over” since I first heard it. The beautifully shot music video debuted a couple days and just furthers my appreciation for the song. I’ve been pretty obsessed with post apocalyptic scenarios for quite awhile now so this is right up my alley.

I’ve been in love with the “The Optimist” video by P.O.S. for quite some time. This young rapper out of Minneapolis has been compared to a modern day Biggie Smalls. I’ve always had a high respect for music that speaks on a level so personal you would swear the artist has been watching you and writing songs about your life. P.O.S.’s lyrical content hits close to home and is a continuing source of inspiration.
