Ok so I’ll be honest, I have no idea what Gzaz is saying in this song but I do know the song sounds phenomenal . I suppose it really doesn’t matter what he’s saying, Owl City proved not to long ago that it doesn’t really matter what you say anyways. You just better make damn sure things are melodic. On the other hand, I’m 99.8% sure this song meaning is much deeper than most if not all of Adam’s music.

Well said… I relate to that on so many different levels. *sigh*

Anyways, on a lighter note we move on to our next artist, Nobody. I instantly fell in love with the ambiance and the always changing landscape this remix provides as sounds are introduced and taken away. I’ve always had mad respect for M83 and the bands refusal to limit themselves to a genre of music. About a year ago they played a gig with The Los Angeles Philharmonic and had a pretty sweet setup.

First up we have an Indie Electro three peice called Hey Champ. Their bubblegum electro sound is both charming and hooking. Big ups for Lupe Fiasco for giving these guys the recognition they deserve.

Ed Banger and his crew’s sounds are always dressed to impress. If you haven’t heard of Breakbot yet, your missing out. He’s managed to capture the perfect “Nu-Disco” sound. Mixing modern synths, seductive bass lines, and bells for a sensational remix of “When We Were Young”, here’s Breakbot.
