Work Drugs is a chill-wave trio out of Philadelphia, PA. The creative minds behind the project are Thomas Crystal and Benjamin Louisiana while Joan Wellfleet provides supporting vocals. Been getting a few things from these guys for the past month and am finally getting around to a post on them.

I recently got an email from my friends, Mitten, letting me know that their new EP “See You Bye” is finally finished. This is the first time in awhile I’ve had a hard time deciding which song to post.

I instantly fell in love with the electro pop elements found in “All That I’ve Got”. Then the second song kicked in and I couldn’t help think, “If the Silversun Pickups had a female vocalist, you’d have “Cavalcade”. I always look forward to well rounded albums, so thank you Mitten for delivering.

SyncDrifters are a new remix outfit out of Poland who are “rockin” the clubs. After listening to their new remix of the Mint Chicks, I would definitely have to say that they “rule”. Ohh Gawd… shoot me now. But seriously, great remix.
